Alspec Industrial Business Park is an innovation precinct located in Orchard Hills that will accommodate new warehousing, office, and distribution facilities across over 70 hectares of developable land. HB+B Property are working directly with the Landowner, Alspec, and have formally been engaged as Development Manager to spearhead the project from inception to completion.
Having recently obtained Gateway approval, the site will be rezoned from Rural to Enterprise land to enable a variety of industrial and complimentary uses. The business park will combine bespoke architectural design, flexible space options, efficient logistics and connectivity for a range of prospective tenants and supply chains networks.
