A turnkey development on behalf of a private client, HB+B were responsible for the entire delivery process from acquisition, planning approvals and subdivision works. The project involved the subdivision of an 8Ha block into 17 Torrens title lots, including delivery of a council road. The works included bulk earthworks, stormwater and utility infrastructure, creating a new road between Abbott Road and Park Road, and modifying two intersections.

This was HB+B's first project as a new company in 2015, which was fitting, as it showcased our particular skill set in planning outcomes and infrastructure works and set the trajectory for future landmark developments.

A complex subdivision delivered new opportunities and access to a core industrial market in Seven Hills.
