Partnering closely with Hansen Yuncken, Qube Properties enlisted HB+B for the design and construction of Mazda's latest car storage facility in Minto, NSW. The new state-of-the-art 8-hectare site features over 2500 covered car parks, complemented by wash bays and office facilities.
Demonstrating HB+B's proficiency in civil infrastructure, the estate was elevated by approximately 2 meters, with compaction supervised under Level 1 oversight.
