Acting in a superintendent role, managing the principal contractor and carrying out the design, development application and authority approvals, HB+B set out to improve access and deliver new facilities to Sydney’s West. Each of the facility’s four levels enjoys large balcony and terrace areas for residents to take in the views across the local area, dining and lounge rooms, reading and sitting areas, and spaces to connect with community members, family and friends.
In addition to a café, hairdresser, wellness and physio space, HB+B presented several courtyard spaces with a different look and feel, including one specifically designed for residents with dementia.
