Driving our value-add mandate, HB+B were initially working on preparing a planning proposal for lodgement to transform 55-59 Regent Street into a sought-after boutique commercial hub. Following a successful refurbishment and leasing outcome, together with our partners HB+B divested the asset, achieving exceptional returns for the business and its JV partner.
As an equity shareholder and Development Manager, HB+B were responsible for planning and design management, leasing, procurement of debt finance, cost planning and delivery of refurbishment works.
