Kingston Business Park was an adaptive reuse from 4Ha industrial estate to industrial strata units. HB+B focused on keeping quality materials on site, including slab, structural frame and walls, whilst upgrading key services, windows, amenities and power. The design maintained generous setbacks and showcased the leafy, serene setting, ultimately attracting all 40 new owners over a sell-down period of 9 months.
The estate offers a range of retail and industrial sites, optimising views and proximity to major thoroughfare, Boundary Road. The site was purchased below replacement cost, allowing the execution of a successful value-add strategy, delivering exceptional shareholder returns.
